Wednesday's Weekly Bonus Challenge

The next time you feel your ego jumping in to protect you, acknowledge it and appreciate it, but stop the pattern there. Don't let yourself react to something you don't need protection from anymore. Diffuse the situation before it becomes something you need to go back and forgive someone for later.
